This stamp is in Very Fine/Extremely Fine condition and is mint original gum previously hinged. There is a light hinge mark and a light pencil note on back, otherwise sound. It is accompanied by 2007 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it VF-XF 85 Mint OGph. Catalog value is $125.00 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ value is $175.00.IMPORTANT Canada Post now requires all goods being shipped outside of Canada to be shipped by Tracked Small Packet service.
