Item Description

This Jumbo plate # single has Superb centering and appearance and is used with black cancel and portions of blue wax manuscript cancel as well. Plate #3451 single with portions of adjacent stamps visible - a beautiful used example but alas, there is a small & light vertical crease at bottom (not even visible on scans). This stamp is accompanied by 2015 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it F/VF 75 Used. Certificate notes " Apparent centering 100 J - light vertical crease at bottom". Catalog value is $19.00 according to Scott 2023 for a genuine used and at the time of listing the SMQ value for grade of 75 is $15.00.
