Item Description

This stamp is in Fine/Very Fine condition and is used with light town cancel. There is a portion of the adjacent stamp at bottom making it easy to see this is a true Type IV with frame lines ending at top and bottom of design. Oftentimes stamps presented as Type IV are from either the top row or bottom row of the sheet and because of the small margins hard to see if frame lines end at both top and bottom of design. I noted a pulled perf at top as well as a couple of toning spots. Catalog value is $150.00 according to Scott 2023.
