Item Description

This stamp is in Fine/Very Fine condition and appears to be mint never hinged. I am a little suspicious of the gum and can't certify that it is original. See for yourself on the second scan. Catalog value for never hinged is $1400.00 and for no gum is $200.00. I'm selling this as re-gummed to play it safe so if I'm wrong you win big.
