There are clearly minor differences and if you compare characteristics (see online guides to identification) most lean towards this being type 3 but there are one or maybe two that argue for a type iv. The size, paper and shades (light violet and dark violet as mentioned in scott) are slightly different also. (All comments will be added to this page). So let's call it a 529 and a 530 both mint non hinged.
