The town is 8 letters and ends in 'ord', otherwise hard to make out, could be several towns in illinois. Addressed to robert w. Waterman wilmington, will county, illinois. Sent c. 1850s, opened a bit roughly at wax sealed backflap with some tearing,otherwise light general wear and toning. Fine condition. Base shipping is $2.00 domestic and $3.00 international.
