International customers will be charged our (L & S’s) actual cost; excess postage you may have paid, will be refunded via PayPal. Note, the image of any stamp may or may not be the actual stamp you receive. Minor variations may be in the item's color or arrangement (order) of the stamps in a strip or block and are considered acceptable. REMEMBER, WE GUARANTEE 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Our shipping fee is only $1.00 PER DOMESTIC INVOICE, regardless of the number of items purchased, with the exception of items requiring oversized shipping envelopes. The shipping fee for oversized items (e.g. Full Sheets and Some Panes) is $4.00, also regardless of the number of items purchased under one invoice. Any type of expedited shipping request will be handled via Hipstamp messaging on a case by case situation and requires prepayment via PayPal by the buyer.
