Item Description

SCV $1.50 (2020). Single 19-cent Legends of the West-Overland Mail FDC postal card. The bottom two corners have a small bend, otherwise no flaws noted. The card is crisp & clean with no stray marks, its colors are bright and it has a black ink cancellation mark. On the address side of the postal card, a circular cancellation mark indicates that the card was stamped in "LARAMIE, WY 82070" on "OCT 18 1994". "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" is printed on a single line between two sets of two parallel bars to the right of the circular cancellation mark. On the left side of the address portion of the card there is a color cachet that is a duplicate of the 19-cent stamp as well text that describes Overland Mail. On the message side of the card, an Overland Mail poster is seen. Lithographed, tagged.
