Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2020). Single 15-cent West face of Capitol-America the Beautiful First Day Cancellation (FDC) postal card. No flaws noted. The card is clean with unbent corners and has a black ink cancellation mark that reads: "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" in an arc. The card was canceled in "WASHINGTON, DC." on "NOVEMBER 26, 1989". An ArtCraft cachet is printed at the left side of the card on its address side that depicts scenes of Baltimore, Washington, New York & Philadelphia. The message side of the card is completely blank. Lithographed, rectangular tag to the right of the stamp.
