Type III U.S. First Bureau Issue, picturing George Washington, paying the 2 cent first-class rate on an advertising cover for Bindley Hardware company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The cover was mailed from Piitsburghto Unity, Pennsylvania on November 4, 1895 and was received in Unity on the same day. The cover has a picture of the Verona store with several horse-drawn carriages in on the front and also has a Verona, Pennsylvania receiving mark on the reverse.Seller Information
