Item Description

The Good: 4 Margins(which is pretty rare for this issue), clean and pretty cool cancel, clear detailing around the frame.

The Faults: If we're being REALLY picky we might say that the stamp could have deeper coloring, but that's about it. This is likely one of the more sound examples of this stamp you will find.

What makes it a #9: It's pretty easy to see the recut lines above U.S. Postage and below One Cent, a hallmark trait of the #9.
