2c Samuel Morse stamp from the 1940 Famous American series and graded as genuine, Mint OGnh, and Superb 98 by Professional Stamp Experts (PSE).  This stamp was previously encapsulated by PSE, but I broke the slab in order to mount the stamp in my album.  But before I did that I took a picture to prove that it was graded by PSE.  This is a great way to get a PSE graded 98 stamp at half the cost!  SMQ for a grade 98 stamp is $50.  This is the stamp and copy of PSE encapsulated stamp you will receive.
