Beautiful 1863 Jackson "Black Jack" with great centering, nice color and barely cancelled used. Looks almost mint, fresh. This stamp has been certified by Professional Stamp Experts (PSE) as genuine and graded XF 90 used, faintly cancelled. Another cert by Philatelic Stamp Authentication and Grading (PSAG) graded it higher, XF-S 95. SMQ for 95 is $750.
