Grade: VF/XF (Very Fine/Extremely Fine)Beautiful 1.5c Washington from 1932 bicentennial. Stamp has superb centering, but PSE reduced grade to VF-XF 85 due to a nibbed perf at the bottom. This is a great way to get a stamp with superb centering at a low cost. SMQ for a 98 is $175. This is the stamp and PSE cert you will receive.
