Item Description

Good, rich color on this Franklin One Cent Blue #20, with clear Type II indicators.

the Good: Nice coloring, deep detail

The Faults: Scissor cut at right, blunt perfs at top, and as is common with this issue (sigh) the perfs cut into the design on 3 margins (but hey, that right margin!)

What makes this a #20: Side ornaments are complete, balls on the bottom scrolls are missing.
