     a remarkably well-centered complete collection of US Special Delivery stamps

     E1-E12 - used - XF and sound
     E13-23 - unused, OG (original gum, previously hinged) XF  and sound

     I personally checked the perfs and watermarks for all the stamps.  So perf 11s are perf 11 and perf 11x10.5 are 11x10.5  Watermarks and lack thereof are correct.

     this is about as good as it gets - cat >$400

About my scans with the light background:  I recently changed from using black Vario pages to transparent pages.  This reduces the handling of stamps to scan the backs and provides truer color.  My new scanner was under-exposing the stamps with the black background.  The new scans are 1200dpi showing more detail and better color.  Other than straightening and cropping, the scans hare not been altered in any way.
