All orders at the same time are combined and sh is only charged once (US and International).
The easist way is to use the shopping cart, select your stamps and request an invoice.
Alternatively, I can adjust collective sale in certain case and reduce the bill for any overpayment;
In some cases where stamps are already paid for, I will refund the overpayment via Hip finacial system.
Ultimately you will only pay sh one time regardless of the situation.
