Condition:us documentary internal revenue stamp: used, in excellent shape; very lightly hinged (vlh) in album, with only a 'ghost' hinge mark (hm) remaining.  centering f/vf. Type n/a. Flat press engraved printed - perforated 12 * with fine centering and pen cancel by hand in black ink * first issue,  unwatermarked.  no creases, tears, or thins.
