US Scott O71 FACSIMILE or Fake Official Stamp Lot AUF0046

Stamp has FACSIMILE written on front. It clearly is not an attempt at forgery with this disclosure on front. It is what it is; Not Real. This FACSIMILE was included in a large nice lot of US Official stamps I purchased at a reputible auction house.

O71 is $20 Department of State Official Stamp. The real stamp is very valuable. A Mint NH OG version has a cat value of $11,500 or a used version is $5000.
If you want a space filler that represents what the real stamp would look like, this FACSIMILE may be for you.
I do not know how many of these FACSIMILE exists or if they are tracked anywhere. Feel free to make an offer.
My refund policy is 60 days no questions/no cost. Please only purchase this if you know it is a FAKE stamp with "FACSIMILE" on front. You should assume that this FACSIMILE has zero value from a Philatelic perspective. If you purchase this FACSIMILE stamp, it is just for fun as a nice space filler.

I currently have free shipping for both US and Worldwide customers. Since I do not have tracking or proof of delivery, Hip will penalize me for items that were not proven to be delivered. I will use tracking for smaller orders that qualify for the Hip stamp (with tracking) and for larger orders that should be tracked. However, it does not make sense to pay $3.75-$4.00 for regular first class mail with tracking for a $23 order. I know that my customers would not want to pay $4.00 sh on each order. I ship alot of stamps worldwide and I would have to pay atleast $12.00 for Hip managed shipping and customers may have to pay duty.
