Scott #bk131 complete mnh unexploded, booklet with se-tenant pane of us postage stamps.

Mint, never hinged, complete se-tenant pane of 7 flag over capitol 13¢ stamps and 1 dome of capitol 9¢ stamp.This booklet is as if you just bought it from the post office.

Stamps issued prior to 1940 may have natural gum or minor perforation faults. Any flaws or faults that I see of concern will be detailed in the general description above.

Refunds: refunds made of the bid amount when notified within seven days of receiving the item, and returning within fourteen days. No reason need be given for return.
