U.S. Scott 825 and 933 on Prexie/Prexy Air Mail 1948 Cover from Oakes Manufacturing Company in Chicago, Illinois to East London in Cape Province, South Africa. The 20-cent Prexie stamp, picturing James Garfield, and the 5-cent FDR issue, pay the 25 cent air mail rate for up to one-half ounce to South Africa. Glue from envelope flap has partially bled thru to front.
