U.S. Scott 817 (2 copies) Prexies/Prexys, Scott C33 air mail, and E17 special delivery paying the 5 cent airmail rate, 4 cent return receipt fee, 13 cent special delivery fee, and 20 cent registration fee on an item with an indemnity value less than or equal to $5. The letter was mailed July 25, 1947, from Cincinnati, Ohio to New York City. The cover was roughly opened at top resulting in tears at front middle and backflap not affecting stamps (see scans).
