U.S. Scott 807a (4) 3 cent booklet stamp and 841 2 cent horizontal coil Prexies/Prexys post marked with a New York City Old Chelsea Station hand cancel and duplex cancel dated April 23, 1953. The cover was mailed to the Ambassador Hotel in New York City. The 3 cent first-class rate and 20 cent special delivery fee were underpaid by 7 cents which was satisfied by the 5 cent (J83) and two cent (J81) postage dues.
