U.S. Scott 807 Prexie/Prexy paying the 3 cent first-class rate and Scott E15 paying the 10 cent special delivery fee on a cover from Joliet, Illinois mailed to Elmhurst, Illinois on May 13, 1939, and received on May 14th in Elmhurst. Contains the advertising corner card of La Societe des 40 hommes et Chevaux Grande Voiture d'Illinois. There is a "Fee Claimed by Office of First Address" marking on the front and toning at seams on the reverse (see scans).Seller Information
