The U.S. Scott 807, the 3 cent Prexie issue, picturing President Thomas Jefferson, on a cover where the 3 cent stamp paid the 3 cent first-class rate. The cover was mailed from the Evansville, Indiana to Mansfield Ohio on July 18, 1947.
