U.S. Scott 684 1.5-cent fourth bureau issue picturing Warren G Harding paying the third class printed matter, single piece rate for mail sent from Phoenix, Arizona to Tuscon, Arizona. It has an advertising corner card for the Southwestern Surgical Supply Company and a National Recovery Act (NRA) logo at the bottom left which places the likely date of use between December 1, 1933 (when the stamp was issued) and May 27, 1935 when the NRA was ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
