Cover with US Scott 65, 71 and 63 making up 34c rate to Chile via Panama. Marked "via Aspinwall" so likely used from East Coast. Really beautiful appearance BUT appears rebacked or otherwise messed with so assume it's a front. Shame because its got a beautiful appearance. I am a collector and am listing surplus covers.
