These stamps that are for sale is a mint NH coil of COUNTERFEIT the 2016 Spiral Forever Flag booklet issue Scott #5131.

You will receive one single sided booklet.

A similar stamp of the genuine #5131 shown is NOT for sale, for comparison only.

The newest counterfeit stamps are very good, only through close examination can they be detected.

This counterfeit #5131 Spiral Flag Stam has the following errors: - see image.

1) Up close the printing is grainy;

2) Paper has flat appearance, no silver speckleing;

3) NO "USPS" microprinting; and

4) The Nonphosphored Type III Block Tagged is missing.
