We have a THIRTY DAY UNCONDITIONAL return policy on all items, EXCEPT Box Lots, any Lot Consisting of More Than 5 Stamps, Collections of any size OR Items Sold "AS IS". These lots cannot be returned for any reason! Refund of purchase price, excluding shipping charges, will be given in the form of a PAYPAL CREDIT. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us right away. Our aim is to make your Hip purchase as pleasant an experience as we possibly can and to keep you as a valued customer. Please remember that it is your responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in shipment to you, or when returned back to us, and it was not adequately insured.

Obtaining Certificates of Authenticity
Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate must be made at time of purchase.

No refunds will be made after 30 days of sale unless an extension is granted. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule!

Due
to the high cost of certificates, if the certificate comes back and the
opinion stated is not as described, we will refund the purchase price
and up to $25.00 for the cost of the certificate for stamps with a
purchase price in excess of $200.00. For stamps with a purchase price
of less than $199.99, we will only refund the cost of the stamp and not
the certificate. The ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE not a copy, must be
returned to us with the stamp. The stamp must be in the same condition
as when it was shipped to you. We only accept opinions from the APS,
PFC, PSE, PSAG, William Crowe or Patricia Kaufman. If the stamp was sold with a
Certificate no refunds will be made. Stamps that are encased subsequent
to purchase or submitted for grading and come back with a grade
different than the one described by us, will not be accepted for
returns.

The inability of one of the above referenced authorities to express an opinion is not grounds for return.

Payments
We only accept Payments through PAYPAL.

Shipping and Handling charges for this lot are $2.00.
