Item Description

Excellent example of a Scott# 238, 15 Cent Columbian, in Mint Hinged OG condition, sound and with no faults. Well balanced margins surround the design with a detailed green impression. Accompanied by a clean 1991 Philatelic Foundation Certificate. The gum is clean with no disturbances. A nice stamp that will display well in your collection!

I try to price items fairly based on their eye appeal, condition, rarity, and the overall market prices of that issue. I am open to any reasonable negotiation of prices, as I will usually come down a bit on most items. The more you buy, the more you will save.
