Stamps issued prior to 1940 may have natural gum or minor perforation faults. Any flaws or faults that I see of concern will be detailed in the general description above.

Refunds: refunds made of the bid amount when notified within seven days of receiving the item, and returning within fourteen days. No reason need be given for return.
