US Scott 149 Used 7c Lot US108 bhmstampsLower left corner clip----------- FREE SHIPPING ---------I currently have free shipping for both US and Worldwide customers. Since I do not have tracking or proof of delivery, Hip will penalize me for items that were not proven to be delivered. I will use tracking for smaller orders that qualify for the Hip stamp (with tracking) and for larger orders that should be tracked. However, it does not make sense to pay $3.75-$4.00 for regular first class mail with tracking for a $23 order. I know that my customers would not want to pay $4.00 sh on each order. I ship alot of stamps worldwide and I would have to pay atleast $12.00 for Hip managed shipping and customers may have to pay duty.So, if you want free shipping, please fill in the feedback when you get the stamp to indicate you received it. The rest of the feedback is your decision base on your experience.If I see my Hip Seller Rating declining, I will have to go back to charging a modest shipping fee of $1.35 United States $2.25 All other countries.Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
