27a refers to Sc A27a upper frame,i will adjust this in my listing.The A27a upper frame means the stamp is a Sc 62b rather than Sc 68..The frame is listed in the Scott Catalouge displays both frames as A27a Frame and A27 upper frame..The A27a frame refers to the stamp being Sc 62b ,And A27 refers to Sc 68..The stamp in my listing appears to have a A27a frame,but an expert told me my stamp is only Scott 68.There is a huge posibility the expert is mistaken! The stamp being 62b which is very confusing!!!
