US: Meter Stamp on cover, 1.5c rate, bit hard to see but ca 1950s, on roughly 4.5" x 5.5" cover, addr Richland PA, the BEST PART is the content, a greeting card from the Fetter family of Atlantic City hotels, there were three and all three are gone or rehabbed into something else today, very scarce bit of Atlantic City history, Fine-VFThe hotels are the Boscobel, Jefferson and Monticello.
