Condition: only a month after 1st issue date. 1st Usage was 1-23-29 New Orleans/Houston C.A.M. 29 with early use Sc# 650. 2nd Usage was a Receiver to New York 1-26-1929 (On Back). 3rd Usage was Baton Rouge A.M. 29 on 6-4-32 with early use Sc# 711 only 5 months after issue date. 4th Usage was 6-7-32 to Victoria B.C. CANADA (Receiver on Back). 5th Usage was Returned to New York on 6-11-1932.Lower left of Cachet Stamp has 1/2" x 1/2" square envelope thin.
