We require overseas packages Large or Small to be insured. Insurance coverage is included in the shipping cost. USPS will not insure 1st Class International packages, therefore we primarily use:

Priority International Insured.
We will at our discretion also ship overseas using REGISTERED MAIL.

Obtaining Certificates of Authenticity

Notice that an item is being submitted for a Certificate must be made within 7 days of purchase date. A 60 day extension will be granted. ESP will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping cost as well as the cost of the Cert. for any item found to be NOT GENUINE. Items which hold a Weiss Expertizing Certificate are returnable, however, they are not eligible for further certificates or extensions.

Inability of a competent & Approved Authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return. No refunds will be made after 120 days.
