Scott #C23c: 1938 6c Ultra & Carmine Centering & Condition: Mint. Post Office Fresh. This is believed to be the last remaining intact sheet of this scarce and undercatalogued color variety.The Top Plate Block and Centerline Block are, in my opinion, woefully undercatalogued as only 26 sheets were ever found. This is a gorgeous sheet with striking colors and is accompanied by a current PSE Certificate.It is also accompanied by a full spectral analysis from the Center for Philatelic Forensicsstating that it is, in fact, the Ultramarine and carmine color variety.
