Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps commemorating the Final National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) in UNUSED, F-VF condition. Hinge marks & remnants are seen on the back of the two top stamps in the block, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the flaws noted), gum breaker bars are noticeable, perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is brilliant. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11 x10-1/2.
