Item Description

Beautifully centered MNH plate block of U.S. 946. Light diagonal paper crease on selvedge at LL. If you collect plate number/positions, I also have the following 946 plates available:
23623 (UL)
23625 (LL)
23626 (LL,LR)
23627 (UR)

If you collect plate number singles, I have 1000's but not a lot of time to list them so let me know what you're looking for.
