Item Description

SCV $3.25 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the passage of 13th Amendment in UNUSED, F-VF condition. Hinge marks are seen on the backs of the two top stamps in the block, otherwise no flaws noted. Gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), the stamps are crisp & their color is bright. Selvage is attached to the right side of the block of stamps and at the bottom of the block. Plate number '22680' is printed on the selvage at the bottom. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 10-1/2 x11.
