Item Description

SCV $2.40 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps commemorating the 150th anniversary of George Washington's inauguration in UNUSED, VF condition. Two hinge marks & a hinge remnant are seen at the top edge of the two stamps at the topmost positions in the block of stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the flaws), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is bright. Flat plate printing, water-activated gum, perf 11.
