Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 1/2-cent Benjamin Franklin precancel stamp in USED, F-VF condition. Two perforations are missing at the lower left-hand corner of the stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm & its color is bright. Stamp is precanceled with "SAINT COLUMBANS NEBR." on three lines between two horizontal, parallel bars in black ink. Rotary press printing, no gum, no watermark, perf 11 x10-1/2.
