Us us 790 and 653 on 1938 cover --- john paul jones founder of our navy orange cachet at left --- stamps tied by u.S.S. Feb 15 1931 a.M. Pillsbury circular dated postmark with manila p.I. (philippines) between the three bars to the right --- return address stamped on back: d.C barkley, seattle, washington -- jan 13 1938 stamped at bottom left corner --- the cover is unsealed with original gum on back cover flap -- small ink? Stain on back --- trivial creases at some edges;
