Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 1½-cent Warren Harding Bureau precancel coil stamp in USED, F-VF condition. No flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm & its color is distinct. The stamp is overprinted in black ink with "NEW YORK N.Y." on three lines between two horizontal, parallel bars and is identified as a type B-13 in the Noble Official Catalog of United States Bureau precancels. Rotary press printing, no gum, perf 10 vertically.
