Item Description

U.S. #651 is a top plate block of eight with two block identification numbers.

The color and clarity of this block is strong - the centering is very nice.

Only flaw is a kind of press crease pattern - the cause of which is indeterminate. It could be related to the original printing - as it has a roller quality and consistency. It may have been put into storage by a collector/owner who placed it in such a way that the press creasing set in.

In any case - it is a nice clean double plate block.

While I am new to hipstamp I have sold on Hip and have a 100% positive rating with nearly 700 feed-backs over the past 2+ years.
