Scott 645 Mellone = 7; 150th anniversary Valley Forge First Malcolm H Ganser cachet, FDC, format = single , flap is open and cover is addressed.
Color change has occurred to part of the cachet at sometime in it's history, it appears that the envelope was never glued and is therefor completely open but in very good condition
