CONDITION: Mint, Original Gum, Never hinged, nicely centered. This is a rare, wonderful, post office fresh plate block. The plate number (19493) is very light. Don’t let the low price fool you! Please review photo before buying.

· Successful bidder pays $1.50 for first-class mail (using U.S. Postage stamps, not meter strip) plus insurance based on final price, without insurance at buyer's risk. Foreign buyers pay $2 airmail postage plus $7.50 registration; unregistered mail to foreign countries is sent at the buyer's risk of loss or damage.

· Your stamp(s) will be protected in a glassine envelope, between cardboard supports to ensure they reach you unharmed.

· Combined shipping: WE GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. If you win multiple lots, you may combine the shipping costs and pay $1.50, and add 25¢ for each additional lot won.

· PLEASE CONTACT ME through email within 3 days on how item is to be paid for upon receipt of invoice I send you. Please do not bid if you cannot adhere to this. If Item is not paid for in 10 days item will be offered to next bidder with non-paying bidder being registered.

· Item will normally be shipped same or next business day after payment is received or funds have cleared. I will email you when I ship (Check your Hip registered email address for accuracy and/or whether you have a spam filter. If either one is set wrong, you won’t get this notice!).

· Insurance is optional at the expense of the buyer and is highly recommended. We cannot responsible for lost items that are not insured, within the U.S. and not registered internationally.
