Item Description

SCV $13.50 (2020). Pane of twelve (55-cent) Wild and Scenic Rivers stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. The die cuts are fully intact (i.e. no separations or folds are noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage surrounds the stamps on all side and plate number 'B11111' is printed horizontally on the bottom selvage below the stamp located at the lower right-hand corner. The pane of stamps depict (in left-to-right, top-to-bottom order) the following Wild & Scenic Rivers: Merced River (SC #5381a), Owyhee River (SC #5381b), Koyukuk River (SC #5381c), Niobrara River (SC #5381d), Snake River (SC #5381e), Flathead River (SC #5381f), Missouri River (SC #5381g), Skagit River (SC #5381h), Deschutes River (SC #5381i), Tlikakila River (SC #5381j), Ononagon River (SC #5381k) and Clarion River (SC #5381l). Bar code number '571500' is printed vertically on the back of the left & right selvages. Photogravure, self-adhesive gum, tagged, serpentine die cut 10¾.
