Mint Never Hinged US #4075, Sheet of 3. WASHINGTON 2006 WORLD PHILATELIC EXHIBITION. Any shadows are due to my photographic expertise.See Photo for Plate Number and Position.

Refund Policy--Item must be returned within 7 days and in the same condition as sent.
Flat rate shipping--USPS--1st class--US--$1.00, Canada/Mexico--$2.00, Worldwide--$6.00.
Postage for additional lots purchased the same day is free!
Priority mail/insurance, registered mail cost extra and to be paid by purchaser. If shipping worldwide, will only ship registered. Insurance available for $3.00 the first $100 of value and it is your responsibility to contact us if you want insurance.
Will accept only PayPal, Money Orders/Cashiers checks or Personal Checks. All personal checks must be drawn on a US bank and before shipping, checks have to clear!
