Scott 3746 - thurgood marshall, part of the black heritage series - southport cachet, showing an early picture "attorney at law" cover is un-addressed, in pristine condition and has an open flap.

Southport cachets were produced in limited quantities (usually 15 - 25 of each issue) by gary shuler in kenosha wi from 2002 - 2004. Due to the limited number produced, they are rarely seen for sale.
